  • Narture Cafe 22 Sandgate Ayr, Scotland, KA7 1BW United Kingdom (map)

For the entire month of June The Nature Library will fill the shelves of Narture Cafe in Ayr. Stories of how the earth feeds and nurtures us will be at the heart of the collection: agriculture and food production to gardening and the teachings of plants; cooking, eating and sharing to land use and ownership; flora, fauna and the intricate ecosystems of which they’re a part; systems that bring food to the table, and those which take it away.

Narture was set up as a Community Interest Company in 2020 by arts graduates father and daughter team Robert and Saskia. Inspired by their vision which straddles the boundaries of gastronomy, arts, and sciences to form a new creative economy of experiential retail and cultural tourism, The Nature Library will share books exploring their ethos and vision, as well as a wide selection of the usual Nature Library favourites.

WHEN | June 1-30, Tuesday - Saturday, 9am - 4pm
